Cookie Policy

Last updated 18 June 2026. This policy explains how URBN Offices uses cookies and similar browser storage, what categories exist, and how you can control them.

This translation is provided for convenience. The English version is authoritative and final legal wording is subject to review by qualified counsel.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar browser mechanism we use to remember information on your device. Together they let the site keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate core features.

2. What we currently use

URBN Offices currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. We do not run analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, they will load only after you opt in through the cookie banner, and this table will be updated.

3. Third parties that may set or receive data

Some essential features rely on third-party services. These are not advertising trackers, but they may receive technical data (such as your IP address) when their content loads:

  • Supabase — authentication and data storage (sets a session cookie / token when you sign in).
  • OpenStreetMap / CARTO — map basemap tiles load when you open a map view.
  • Google Fonts — web fonts load on page render.

4. Managing your choices

You can review categories and change your choice at any time using the cookie banner, or by selecting "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies today, declining optional categories does not change current behaviour — it records your preference for the future. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect sign-in and core features.
